My mom has a Samsung galaxy A03S, which she unfortunately dropped and cracked the screen. Getting it repaired would cost about 150 euros. But, of course after having successfully repaired a Mate 10 Lite screen, I decided I could also give it a shot.
Taking off the cover was pretty easy, you just put a spudger between the plastic cover and the phone and wiggle away. After the cover is off, I could take a look at the inside
The top cover contains 5 screws that need to be taken off, and the bottom one takes a surprising 8.
After removing the covers, disconnect the cable and heat up the sillicon/glue sides to remove the screen. Be careful though, because mine cracked some more while removing it. After removing the screen I removed some of the extra glue on the sides.
The screen can be then reattached by using some T6000 glue. To make sure the screen stayed on properly I used the age old trick of putting something heavy on it.
After it had dried, my mom had a nice brand new looking phone!
